Where are your warehouses located?
We operate out of Dayton, NJ and Ontario, CA to provide nationwide coverage and efficient freight coordination.
How long does shipping take?
We offer Free Shipping within 7–21 business days and Fast Shipping within 5–11 business days for $180. Transit times depend on freight carrier schedules and delivery location.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page. Enter your order number and checkout email to view real-time updates from the carrier.
What if my lift arrives damaged?
Inspect all shipments before signing. Note damage on the Bill of Lading, take photos, and contact us immediately at Support@proautoliftdepot.com or call 1-888-568-7281.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before initiating a return.
Do you offer installation services?
We do not provide in-house installation. However, we can recommend local professionals in your area who are experienced with automotive lift setup and safety requirements.
