Track Your Order
Check the latest status of your Scissors Lifts, Jack Lifts, Single-Post, Two-Post, or Four-Post lift order. Have your Order Number and the email you used at checkout ready.
What Each Status Means
- Order Received: We have your order—payment authorized.
- Processing: Verifying stock, preparing freight paperwork, and scheduling pickup.
- Dispatched / In Transit: Carrier has picked up your shipment and scanned the label.
- Out for Delivery: Local terminal is delivering to your address or appointment window.
- Delivered: Shipment marked delivered; check for any damage before signing.
- Exception: Delay due to weather, terminal backlog, address issue, or appointment change—contact support if needed.
Shipping Windows & Updates
Standard lead times begin once your order is confirmed and freight is scheduled:
- Free Shipping: Estimated 7–21 business days.
- Fast Shipping: Estimated 5–11 business days for $180.
Tracking numbers typically appear within 24–72 hours after dispatch. Large items (two-post/four-post lifts) ship by freight and may show fewer scans than small parcels—this is normal.
Freight Delivery Notes
- Residential freight deliveries require an adult signature and may include a delivery appointment window.
- If you need a liftgate or limited-access delivery, notify us before dispatch to avoid carrier re-delivery fees.
- Inspect all cartons/crates before signing. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading, take photos, and contact support immediately.

My tracking shows “Label Created” for 1–2 days. Is that normal?
Yes—freight terminals may take 24–72 hours to show the first scan after pickup, especially on weekends/holidays.
I need to change my delivery address or phone number.
Contact us as soon as possible. Once in transit, carriers may charge a re-consignment fee for address changes.
My order is late—what should I do?
What’s your return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (items must be unused and in original packaging). See our
Return & Refund Policy.
