Shipping Options

  • Free Shipping: 7–21 business days (standard transit time).
  • Fast Shipping: 5–11 business days for $180.

Transit times begin once your order is confirmed and freight is scheduled with the carrier.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Freight orders may take 24–72 hours to display tracking activity after pickup.

Carriers & Freight Delivery

  • Large lifts (Two-Post, Four-Post, Scissors) ship via freight carriers from our warehouses in Dayton, NJ or Ontario, CA.
  • Residential Deliveries: Require an adult signature. Liftgate service may be available for an additional fee.
  • Commercial Deliveries: If shipping to a business address with a loading dock, please indicate this at checkout.
  • Delivery Appointments: Carriers may call to schedule delivery windows for freight shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Use our Track Your Order page with your order number and checkout email to view the latest updates. Freight scans may be less frequent but still accurately reflect transit progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses may result in re-delivery fees.
