What’s Eligible
- Identical item: same brand/model/condition (new), same configuration/capacity, and in stock.
- Sold and shipped by an authorized U.S. dealer (no marketplaces, auctions, peer-to-peer, or classified listings).
- Publicly advertised price that we can verify online at the time of review.
- Final landed total is compared: item price plus shipping/handling and required fees.
What’s Not Eligible
- Marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon third-party, eBay), auction sites, membership/wholesale clubs, B2B quotes, or installer quotes.
- Open-box, refurbished, used, damaged, clearance, doorbusters, limited-quantity, bundle pricing, or “with purchase” discounts.
- Coupon stacking, gift cards, financing/cashback incentives, free accessories, or pricing errors/misprints.
- Non-U.S. stores, grey-market imports, and prices requiring login or phone/email quotes to view.
How to Request a Price Match
- Send us the link to the competitor page showing the lower price and in-stock status.
- Include your info: full name, phone, shipping ZIP, and (if purchased) your order number.

We typically review requests within one business day.
Before & After You Buy
- Before purchase: We’ll issue a single-use code or adjust your quote to the matched total.
- After purchase (within 14 days): We’ll refund the difference to your original payment method (or store credit where applicable).
Limit: one price match per item; up to five items per order.
Additional Terms
- Cannot be combined with other discounts, rebates, or bundles beyond our match.
- Competitor shipping speed/service must be comparable; we match the final shipped price.
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility, limit quantities, and decline requests that can’t be validated.
